i get explores not taking stuff from abandoned places but If I was going to those places I would take some souvenirs at the very lest. at this place i would have grabbed all the good shoes and sold them on eBay. what the hell good is it to anyone just letting perfectly good items rot in an abandoned place? hurt me a lot when an explorer went to a WWII vets collapsing/abandoned home. it was filled with medals, pictures, letters, etc that should have been saved. but the explorer said the standard 'leave everything untouched'. that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. why not save that Soldiers history and keep it alive for the next generation to see? why let it get consumed and doomed by nature? what good is that?makes no sense to me. the stuff is ADANDONED left to rot, forgotten to time, so rescue the importing items! one of the worst was a house filled with vintage comics/toys. like literally floor to ceiling in every room. the house was filled with bugs/trash but plenty of the stuff in there should have been salvaged. who knows how many awesome things have just been left to rot there! i should quit my job and go around rescuing interesting historical items from abandoned places. it is not stealing in my mind. and it's definitely not vandalism. just hurts so much seeing peoples processions just rot in a collapsing house. totally unnecessary.

This was our go-to mall growing up. I've got many, many memories from this place. Biggs and Electronics Boutique is where I bought my video games as a kid. Biggs had a big wooden bin in the back by the electronics sections where they'd dump a bunch of older games for $20. I'd always go back there and rummage through it. We loved Super Saver Cinemas! We saw many movies there including Ernest Goes to Jail and Jurassic Park. And we'd in every year for their 4th of July fireworks. I remember sitting on a blanket in the grassy area out by the mall sign watching the fireworks. This place was a itsd part of my childhood, and I hate to see it completely gone. So sad.
